A New Voice Club newsletter is a way of connecting to people from month to month. It is an excellent way to share information, not only with your own club members, but getting in a newsletter chain and sharing your newsletter with other new voice clubs across the world. Ideas are shared from one club to another and club members enjoy reading what other folks are doing. Typically the newsletters contain:
Up and coming information- conference, training sessions, next meeting
Dates to remember: events happening, birthdates of members, anniversaries
List of membership/ or/ who was able to attend the last meeting
Minutes or a summary of what was done at the last meeting
Inspirational stories or comical stories- something to make the newsletter fun to read.
