Register now for the IAL 2010 Annual Meeting / Voice Institute.
Any person wanting to attend the IAL 2010 Annual Meeting or Voice Institue must register and can do so either via an online form or by downloading the PDF form and mailing it in. Mailing instructions for each form are on the form.
Voice Institute Registration
If you are a laryngectomee and would like assistance to develop or improve your speech, you should register for the IAL Voice Institute as a Voice Institute Pupil (VIP) and use FORM B, the IAL Voice Institute form.
If you have been a laryngectomee for at least two years, have good speaking skills, and would like in depth instruction in communication methods and related topics in order to serve as a peer-counselor to other laryngectomees, register for the IAL Voice Institute as a Laryngectomee Trainee (LT) and use FORM B (IAL Voice Institute form).

This notice is for all who plan to register for the IAL Annual Meeting/ Voice Institute to be held on June 16 - 19 2010. As of Thursday June 3, 2010 please do not send registration fees to the Atlanta office as they will not reach us by the time the meeting takes place. You still can register on the PayPal web site or you can call me @ 757-857-0833 and use your Credit Card to register. Hope to see you in Louisville!
